In this thread, there was a post saying that there is a new version of the new generation Mazda Connect for the CX-60 (European model).
Newly discovered version
7230C1A-EU11_10006
If you look at just the last five digits, it doesn't seem that way, but the first alphanumeric character "7230C1A" doesn't exist in the CX-60 version. Until now, it was "7000C0A."
The same phenomenon is occurring with the 2024 model Mazda3 and CX-30.
I don't know the details of the improvements, but it's very likely that major changes have been made internally (perhaps for cybersecurity reasons). However, what concerns me is that "OTA updates" have been discontinued in Europe for quite some time. This is also the case with the CX-50 in North America, so I would be happy if they improve that area and resume the service.
It seems that Mazda wants to start full-scale OTA updates around 2025.
→ Mazda is aiming to introduce "OTA distribution including vehicle control" in 2025 .
The new generation Mazda Connect is also continuing to evolve, but unfortunately it's difficult to understand exactly how it has evolved.
